The Sacyr Tower is a building with a total height of 250 metres, 25,672 square metres with 55 floors above ground level and another 45,000 square metres underground. The first 33 floors are taken up by a Hotusa hotel, with an approximate surface area of 33,200 square metres. 21,390 square metres are used for leasing office space.
The building was designed by the architects Carlos Rubio Carvajal and Enrique Álvarez-Sala Walter and is one of the most famous buildings in the new Madrid business area, north of the Paseo de la Castellana.
