Sacyr Facilities has been awarded the comprehensive cleaning service for 34 buildings, establishments and state agencies located in the Community of Madrid and belonging to the Ministry of Justice (Lot 2) and the Ministry of the Presidency, Relations with the Courts and Equality (Lot 12) for an amount of 23 million euros for 3 years, which can be extended for two more years.
The services that Sacyr Facilities will carry out are:
- indoor and outdoor cleaning (including facades, glass and roofs) of buildings and premises, separate waste collection
- laundry and dry cleaning and
- disinfection, pest and rodent control
This contract will have a workforce of 276 people to cover and provide services in the 34 buildings included in the contract and make up an area of approximately 178,200 m2. In addition, some of the buildings are listed as an Historical Site of the Town of Madrid of special and archaeological protection (level 1).
Among the most important buildings that it will serve, are the Ministry of Justice, the General Secretariat of the Administration of Justice, the Ministry of the Presidency (La Moncloa complex), Relations with the Courts and Equality and the State Agency of the Official State Gazette, among others.
