We have a Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Policy, which establishes the general principles and minimum standards of practice for all Group entities in every country where we operate. Its goal: to guarantee a favorable framework for labor relations based on dignity, respect, and zero tolerance for any form of harassment, discrimination, or any other class of prejudice or violence.

Since we are committed to tackling any challenge to transform the company, we need diverse and inclusive teams.

Through the Sacyr Concilia program, we organize educational and leisure activities for our employees' children on non-school days. We are also in favor of adapting work schedules to the school calendar.
