In April 2023, Standard Ethics announced Sacyr's entry into the SE Spanish Index sustainability index, leaving behind the mid-cap SE Mid Spanish Index, of which it was part from October 2022 to April 2023. The index is comprised of 40 large-cap Spanish listed companies.

The objective of the SE Mid Spanish Index is twofold: on the one hand, to provide an overview of Sustainability in Spain in relation to large-cap listed companies and, on the other hand, to monitor the steps being taken by Spanish companies in the field of ESG transition.

The index was recalculated at market close on 31 March 2023 and came into effect on 3 April 2023.
