The project, awarded by Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Maggiore della Carita di Novara, a public entity of the Piedmont Region, encompasses the design, financing, construction, and 25-year maintenance of the hospital.
The contract outlines an investment exceeding €525 million and has a five-year construction timeline.
