Sacyr has appointed Marta Gil de la Hoz as the new Chief People Officer and Patricia Martínez Íñigo, as the new Chief Sustainability, Environment and Innovation Officer.
Marta Gil, formerly Chief Innovation, Sustainability and Strategy Officer, will take on the role of Chief People Officer, bringing her experience and commitment to talent development within the organization.
Patricia Martínez, who previously served as Chief People Officer, will now head the Sustainability, Environment and Innovation Department with the goal of strengthening Sacyr's strategic position in these key areas.
These appointments strengthen Sacyr’s commitment to people management and sustainability, and innovation, which are fundamental pillars of Sacyr's 24-27-33 Strategic Plan. In addition, they reinforce the company's policy of rotation and transversality.
Marta Gil de la Hoz holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Valladolid, an EDP from IESE and completed an Executive Management program at ESADE Business School. She has been with Sacyr since 2004 and served as Chief Innovation, Sustainability, and Strategy Officer since 2021. Prior to that, she held positions such as IT Business Partner for Sacyr Services and Director of Organization, among others. Marta Gil has over 24 years of experience and began her career at Accenture.
Patricia Martínez Íñigo holds a degree in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an Advanced Management Program from IESE Business School. She has been with Sacyr since 2003, where she has held various roles. Since 2021, she has served as Chief People Officer. She has spent most of her career in the field of HR in corporate and business functions, highlighting her time at Sacyr Services. With over 25 years of experience, she began her career at Carrefour Group.
