Starting today, Sacyr Fluor, a Sacyr Engineering and Infrastructure company, becomes Sacyr Proyecta. This change in naming is aligned with the business goals outlined in the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan.
Sacyr Proyecta will continue to bring to the table its expertise in national and international-scale project from its offices in Madrid and Asturias. This company, with over 300 professionals, specializes in energy projects, with a focus on the oil and gas, energy, chemicals and petrochemicals, mining, industry, LNG, and renewable hydrogen projects.
Sacyr Proyecta will also continue to develop projects across all stages: engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
This change in naming has no effect on structure, shareholding (100% Sacyr Group owned), fiscal ID, registered address or usual activity of the firm.
