Sacyr Engineering and Infrastructure continues to expand its backlog with new real estate development contracts in Spain, totalling €245 million.
Recent project awards include:
- In the Zeta District in Málaga:
- Construction of Phase I and II of the Zitizen Residential Complex, comprising 157 homes for Metrovacesa. The homes are distributed in two buildings and have a swimming pool, gourmet area, zen zone, garden areas and playgrounds. The complex is distributed across 2 underground floors, ground floor plus six floors.
- Construction of the Zeta Avenue Residential for Aedas Homes, with 124 homes distributed in two rectangular buildings with a ground floor, six floors above ground and two underground. The complex will feature a swimming pool and sports area.
- Sacyr will also undertake the following construction projects for Aedas Homes:
- The Finley Residential Complex, located in the Los Ahijones urban development (Madrid), featuring 103 multi-family homes, 162 parking spaces, landscaped areas, and a swimming pool. The complex will consist of two underground floors, a ground floor, and six additional floors
- And in Marbella, the construction of The Alchemist-Unika, a complex of 60 homes distributed across six blocks with a basement, ground floor, first and second floors, and a solarium or penthouse apartments.
- For Rivestia Costa del Sol, Sacyr will carry out the construction of phases 1 (eathworks and structure) and 2 (architecture and installations) of The Sky Marbella: a building of 50 high-end homes in Benahavis, Malaga. The residential complex is arranged in six blocks. Each apartment will have a private swimming pool on a large terrace.
- Also in Marbella, in Lomas de Río Verde, Sacyr will build the Karl Lagerfeld Villas for Sierra Blanca Estates: five luxury villas designed by Karl Lagerfeld. The five residences range in size from 1,045 m² to 1,385 m² and are spread over four levels: basement, ground floor, first floor and an accessible roof terrace.
- In Torrox (Málaga) we will build Célere Duna Beach III, a beachfront residential development for Via Célere. It will have 153 homes distributed in two blocks (88 + 65) with three floors above ground. The project has a private beachfront community, swimming pool, gym and gourmet kitchen.
- In Esplugas de Llobregat (Barcelona) Sacyr is building Area Montesa, a building of 178 homes comprising two 14-storey towers connected by a central 7-story section. The project, for Neinor Homes, includes a ground floor plus a mezzanine level where commercial premises will be located, in addition to the 14 and 7 floors above ground for residential use. And the building will have 4 underground levels for public parking.
