The new Hospital Biprovincial Quillota-Petorca, which we have built in the region of Valparaíso, Chile, will benefit more than 300,000 people who live in the ten ‘comuna’ districts comprising the provinces of Quillota and Petorca.
The health center will span over 74,000 square meters. It has 282 beds, nine pavilions, intensive care units, an MRI scan, a heliport to transfer patients, and a design centered on patient needs.
This hospital is the first in Chile to obtain the CES standard sustainable building seal , which certifies its quality in areas such as innovation, water saving, energy efficiency and waste management.
