We were in charge of two very important projects for the hosting of the Lima 2019 Pan American and Parapan American Games.
The ‘Andrés Avelino Cáceres’ Sports Complex, on the Villa María del Triunfo site, involved the design and construction of 21 hectares of sports infrastructure. The venue included 2 hockey pitches, 2 rugby pitches, 2 softball pitches, 1 baseball pitch, 4 pelota vasca courts, 4 fronton courts, and one aquatic center for waterpolo. The total capacity for the venue was 7,502 spectators.
At the Callao-San Marcos site, we designed and built the Callao Sports Center which can hold 6,100 spectators, covering a total area of 17,600 square meters. The volleyball and taekwondo competitions were held here.
