We’re developing a pilot at the Sótero del Río hospital project in Santiago de Chile to apply a renewable fuel that improves environmental performance of the machinery used at our projects.

In Chile, thanks to the LodoVerde project, we are conducting a study that will enhance the value of the sludge generated at wastewater treatment plants, thus promoting environmental sustainability and the circular economy. 

Hydroseeding, relocation of excess land, environmentally friendly concrete, waste recovery, and care for biodiversity are key factors that make the Elorrio-Elorrio railway route (Basque Country) one of our most innovative projects in the environmental field.

In Catalonia, we have two pioneering projects in the implementation of circular economy measures: an office building at Plaza Europa 34 in Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) and a development of 95 multi-family homes in Viladecans (Barcelona).
