The British-Israeli firm secured the win at the 13th Sacyr Foundation Innovation Awards, with theirs being the best out of more than 200 proposals.

During this event, we presented the finalist proposals from nine innovative agents from seven countries who responded to the three challenges presented in the sixth edition of Sacyr iChallenges. 

Today we announced the launch of the 6th edition of our open innovation program, Sacyr iChallenges. This initiative encompasses innovation, technology, and cooperation to answer to three business challenges issued by Sacyr, in collaboration with members of the innovation community.

Sacyr Concesiones has won two IJGlobal Americas Awards: one for Rumichaca-Pasto 4G Refinance, Colombia in the Refinance Transport - Latin America category, and another for the Ferrocarril Central Railway, Uruguay, in the Refinance Rail - Latin America category.

The Bloomberg Gender Equality Index is a modified market capitalization-weighted index developed to gauge the performance of public companies dedicated to reporting gender-related data.

The Emergency actions project for the volcano of La Palma (Canary Islands) was a finalist in the 10th Edition of the Asepeyo Awards for the best prevention practices.

• The social financing for this P3 project reached US$ 800 million. It includes a US$ 262 million social bond, a € 278 million multi-trench bank loan, and another one in Colombian pesos equivalent to US$ 260.
• LatinFinance recognized the P3 company’s innovative method to issue this social financing operation.

• The Ministry for Science and Innovation recognizes our “business model based on innovation and a new vision on infrastructure and services delivery”.
